Jamie Schulte / President
Jamie Schulte serves as the president of 850 Construction, where he oversees all personnel and site operations, ensuring that the company runs smoothly and efficiently.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Schulte has acquired numerous certifications that allow him to excel in his role and lead with expertise.
His extensive experience across a wide variety of projects throughout the state of Florida uniquely qualifies him to guide 850 Construction toward a promising future.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Schulte values his time outside of work, where he enjoys hunting, working in his yard, and most importantly, spending quality time with his family.
His strong leadership and personal commitment to balance make him an invaluable asset to the company.
Brandon Mayhann / Vice President / Founder
Brandon Mayhann founded 850 Construction Services in 2018 and has since taken on the role of vice president, playing a pivotal part in the company’s success.
His responsibilities include overseeing and managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs efficiently. A graduate of LBW with an associate’s degree in science, Mr. Mayhann also holds various certifications that further qualify him in the construction field.
With over 10 years of experience in the industry and six years as a business owner, he fully understands the importance of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Known for his strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication, Mr. Mayhann is an essential leader within the company.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time hunting, fishing, and traveling, balancing his professional life with personal passions.
Zach Davis / superintendent
Zach Davis joined our team in 2023, bringing with him four years of solid construction experience. As a project coordinator and manager with 850 Construction, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our active projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. His hands-on approach and strong work ethic have made him an integral part of the team, and he is known for his unwavering commitment to being present on-site, where he can ensure that projects stay on track and meet our high standards.
Before transitioning to the construction industry, Mr. Davis served honorably in the U.S. Army, completing two tours in Iraq. His time in the military not only provided him with valuable leadership and teamwork skills but also instilled a sense of discipline and dedication that he applies to his work today.
When not managing projects, Zach can often be found enjoying the outdoors, where his love for nature drives him to participate in a variety of activities, from hiking to fishing. His passion for both his work and his personal interests adds balance to his life and enriches his contributions to our team.
Danny Henley / Estimator
Danny Henley, a 1977 graduate of the University of Florida, joined our team in 2022, bringing with him over 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
As the estimator for 850 Construction, Mr. Henley is responsible for finding and bidding on new projects, playing a crucial role in the company’s growth and success.
His extensive background in both building and civil construction, particularly on commercial projects, makes him a valuable asset to the team.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys spending his time golfing, balancing his professional expertise with a personal passion for the sport.
His long-standing experience and dedication contribute greatly to the success of 850 Construction.
Samantha Lind / Chief Administrative Officer
Samantha, the chief administrative officer at 850 Construction, brings 18 years of experience in the construction industry to her role.
Since joining the company in 2020, she has played an instrumental part in helping 850 Construction achieve numerous goals and drive growth.
Her expertise and leadership have made a significant impact on the company’s operations and success.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending quality time with her two wonderful boys and her husband of 21 years.
Her dedication to both her professional and personal life exemplifies her well-rounded approach to leadership and family.
Sam Bass / Estimator / Project Manager
Sam joined 850 Construction in 2024 as an estimator and project manager, bringing with him eight years of experience in estimating.
His primary responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data to estimate the costs, materials, labor, and time required for projects, as well as managing associated overhead expenses.
Though his focus is on ensuring projects are accurately planned and budgeted, Sam’s versatility allows him to contribute across various areas of project management.
When he’s not in the office, Sam can often be found enjoying the outdoors, reflecting his passion for nature and outdoor activities.
His strong analytical skills and love for the outdoors make him a well-rounded and valuable member of the 850 Construction team.
Zach Whitfield/ Superintendent
Zach joined our team in 2024, bringing over eight years of valuable experience in the construction industry to 850 Construction.
Since his arrival, he has proven to be a great asset, stepping into a leadership role and continually growing in his responsibilities.
On a day-to-day basis, Zach is hands-on, running crews and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
His prior experience as a K9 officer has instilled in him a strong sense of responsibility and discipline, which he applies to all aspects of his work.
Outside of his professional life, Zach enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, balancing his leadership at work with a strong commitment to family.
His dedication both on and off the job makes him an invaluable part of the 850 Construction team.
Adam Usery / Superintendent
Adam began his career in the construction field at the age of 18 and joined 850 Construction as a superintendent in 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience to the team.
Throughout his extensive career, he has earned numerous certifications, including Asphalt Level 1 and 2, Quality Control, OSHA 30, and MOT, making him highly qualified in his field.
Adam’s expertise spans a wide range of projects, including building parking lots, roadways, and subdivisions, which he has overseen with great success.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys dirt track racing, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
His dedication to both his profession and personal passions makes him a well-rounded and invaluable addition to the 850 Construction team.
Kelly Roberts / Social Media, PR, Marketing, and Project Mgmt.
Kelly comes from a background in the marketing and networking world. She has built strong PR relationships throughout the Panhandle, showcasing her dedication.
She joined 850 Construction in January 2025 to lead our social media, marketing, PR, and events efforts. Her skills and commitment earned her a promotion into Project Management.
In her new additional role, Kelly is enthusiastically learning the skill sets of project management and is eager to advance further. Her passion for continuous growth and improvement is evident.
Outside of work, Kelly is an outdoors enthusiast. She loves hunting, fishing, boating, volunteer work, line dancing or simply spending a day on the water. Family is incredibly important to Kelly; she cherishes her daughters, son-in-laws, Mother, and especially her grandchildren
Ron Groom / Project Manager
Ron Croom brings a strong background in infrastructure and transportation to the team. He began his career building power lines, gaining four years of hands-on experience in the field.
He then transitioned into transportation, working as a roadway inspector on FDOT projects for two years.
His dedication and expertise led him to the Florida Department of Transportation, where he served as a project manager for 2.5 years, overseeing key infrastructure projects across the state.
When he’s not managing projects, Ron enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and—most importantly—spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
